Ever dream of being “Iron Man”? Now you can. A jet suit created by a British former commodities trader has gone on sale in a London department store with a cool price tag of $443,428.
Made up of five miniature jet engines mounted on the pilot’s arms and back and also of electronics and 3-D printed parts, the suit by Gravity Industries is reminiscent of the one worn by Robert Downey Jr as Marvel superhero “Iron Man.”
Running on jet fuel or diesel, it has a speed record of 32 miles per hour and altitude limit of 12,000 feet, though inventor Richard Browning hovers only a few meters above the ground when using it, for safety reasons.
This is a new presentation of my current project to create an IRON MAN armor in Metal. This video show the evolution of the creation of the armor from the beginning (may 2008) until now. Also, the two version of the helmet
Update Oct 2016: I won 3rd Place at the NYCC Eastern Championships of Cosplay armor category! I also got Stan Lee to sign my helmet. If you’re interested in purchasing my suit, go to http://regoapps.com/ironman
This is Allen Wong’s new wearable Iron Man Mark VII suit from Iron Man III and The Avengers that’s painstakingly made close to spec with the armor worn by Robert Downey Jr. in the Marvel movies. I plan on getting it signed by Stan Lee (creator of Iron Man) at Comic Con. It has various moving servos, LED lights, speakers, and lasers inside the helmet, wings, chest, thighs, shoulders, arms, palms, and more.
Don’t forget to subscribe to my channel. I’ll be uploading more videos exploring the suit in the future.

No animals were harmed in the making of this video. The suit was only assembled and finished a few days ago. This was all shot in one day using a smart phone to try to get this video out as soon as possible. As a nod to the new female Iron Man, Riri Williams, the suit is worn by a girl in parts of this video.
